Lauren was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2008 she graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Theatre. She resides in Albuquerque, NM where aside from her film work Lauren is an ensemble member of "The Show", a weekly improv comedy show in downtown Albuquerque, and is constantly creating and performing new work as a member of Blackout Theatre Company, and The Sugarbabies, a burlesque troupe.
