Description
The film is about a girl called Whitney Manning, an ambitious girl determined to become the Queen of Homecoming. Another girl, Natasha Hart, has also decided to run despite problems she has faced in her past. Things seem to be going wrong when Whitney has no knowledge of what Whitney is doing for the title and her mother will keep her from pursuing the title or thinking about it.
