Description
Running On Empty tells the story of parents Annie and Arthur Pope who in the 1970s are responsible for the anti-war protest bombing of a napalm laboratory. The family including their children has been changing locations, changing their names and hiding from the FBI, but one of their sons starts to break out of this fugitive lifestyle.
