Spawn

Description
In that fairy tale there is an assassin named Al Simmons, a double murderer who was killed by his evil boss Jason Wayne. After a long time Al does a deal with Satan and returns to earth to see his wife. The disaster occurs when the client receives an order from the devil, the clown, to kill Wayne. On the other hand, Wayne has struck an agreement with the clown and is supposed to destroy the world with a deadly virus. All these events may have been caused by a malicious demon whose goal is to destroy the universe.

This barely coherent hunk of junk is like a cheap horror film with only a suggestion of the grisliness that appeals to fans of cheap horror films.

As a movie, 'Spawn' can't make up its mind what it wants to be any more than its protagonist knows who he is or what he wants to be.

The nonsensical screenplay can barely stand-up to the hellzapoppin,' Beelzebubbin' effects mustered by first-time director Mark Dippe.
