Lisa Catara took a somewhat unconventional route to Hollywood and her acting career. The Cleveland native graduated from the Eastman School of Music as a classical voice major (opera), then headed to New York City to retrain for Broadway musicals. The events of 9/11 mandated a change and Lisa crossed country to Hollywood to pursue acting in television and film.Lisa's television credits include appearances on State Of Affairs (NBC), The Bridge (FX Network), Days Of Our Lives (NBC), Matador (Robert Rodriguez/ El Rey Network) and Till Death (FOX), among others. She is remembered for her sexy, revealing character "Red" in the opening of Charlie Valentine (with Raymond J.Barry), Hard Times (with Linda Hamilton), Criminal Activities (with Michael Pitt, Chris Abbott, Rob Brown) as well as a cameo in Paying Mr.McGetty (with friend and martial artist Don "the Dragon" Wilson).In addition to TV/ film, Lisa Catara completed a her fourth video game, Call of Duty: Black Ops III with Treyarch/Activision in 2015 and starred as Jennifer Lopez in top You Tube star Bart Baker's "Ain't Yo Mama Parody" which boasts over 12,000,000 views on You Tube. She has also appeared in numerous commercials (acting, stunts and driving) and traveled extensively speaking on behalf of many companies/ products as a brand ambassador and product/ service specialist.As a stunt women, Lisa has appeared on numerous TV shows and in commercials. It was hard to miss some of Catara's driving through cornfields in the 2016 premier episode of Preacher (AMC) doubling actress Ruth Negga. Lisa also stunt drove doubling fellow actress/ singer Jennifer Lopez in JLo's FIAT500 commercial and "Papi" music video. Additionally, Lisa stunt doubles actress Kristian Alfonzo on Days of Our Lives. But it was her semi-automatic toting appearance as Anja Aleskari in Modern Warfare: Frozen Crossings (a fan film for the very popular video game created by Freddie Wong and Corridor Digital) which earned Lisa her "cool card".Lisa resides in Hollywood, California where she continues to work as an actress, stunt woman and commercial talent.
