It seems to be quite different when we talk about High Water, the city's most performing arts school, to which many people are trying to move. On the other hand, the twins, Tal and Janell, move from Ohio to practice their dreams, finding themselves in a different world of ambition and hope. As they try to navigate their new world, Tal and Janell enter the dance hall, where they seem to have a real willingness to realize their dreams and seize their moments that look beautiful.
